I am pleased to announce that on March 1, 2005 we opened a Raleigh office, which is called Alternative Financing Center. Ed Young, Vice President and Branch Manager and Underwriter, Christy Wynn, Closer and Shipper, and Angela Lanier, Underwriter staffs the office. This team brings a solid reputation for excellent customer service.

Outlined below are some of the key points of our Alternative Financing Program:

• This type of financing amounts to 25% of residential lending nationwide. • Provides financing alternatives for customers with various credit issues who cannot be approved through conforming channels.
• Help people complete the purchase of their property while they start to improve their credit.
• The bank can earn fee income on loans previously declined.
• Stated income files to 100%, investment properties to 95% and credit scores as low as 500 are just a few of the many programs that will be available.
• From the initial credit pre-approval to the final closing package, all files will be handled locally in our Raleigh office.

Loans are closed under existing bank services agreements. The banks only need to sign an addendum outlining the fees associated with Alternative Financing. Please contact your Account Executive to obtain an addendum.
